ADR (Average Daily Rate)
Total room revenue divided by rooms sold. What the average sold room earned.
ADR (average daily rate) = room revenue ÷ rooms sold. A hotel that earns ₦500,000 from 20 sold rooms has an ADR of ₦25,000.
ADR ignores empty rooms — pair it with occupancy to get RevPAR, the number that reflects both price and fill.
