Hotel No-Show

A guest who never arrives and never cancels — the room stays empty and usually unpaid.

A no-show is a reservation that never arrives. Without a deposit or card guarantee, the hotel earns nothing from that room night.

The fix is deposits or card pre-authorization at booking time — standard in LodgeStatus booking flows.

Track no-show rate monthly; anything above 3–5% means your cancellation terms are too soft.
