User Data Deletion Instructions

LodgeStatus respects your privacy and provides users with full control over their personal data. In accordance with Meta / Facebook Platform Terms and applicable global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), users who connect their Facebook account or use LodgeStatus services can request complete deletion of their personal data and authentication records at any time.

If you created an account or logged into LodgeStatus using your Facebook Account, you can revoke access and request data deletion directly through Facebook: 1. Log into your Facebook account on web or mobile. 2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. 3. Locate "LodgeStatus" in the list of active apps and click Remove. 4. Go to the "Removed" tab, select LodgeStatus, and click "Send Request" to trigger Meta's automated data deletion callback to our servers.

You can directly contact our Data Protection team to request complete erasure of your account, Facebook User ID (PSID), authentication tokens, and associated records: • Send an email to privacy@lodgestatus.com or support@lodgestatus.com. • Subject line: "User Data Deletion Request". • Include your full name, registered email address, or Facebook User ID. • Upon receipt, our technical team will process your request, purge all personal records from our databases within 48 hours, and email you a confirmation reference code.

If you have access to your LodgeStatus dashboard: 1. Sign in to your LodgeStatus account at https://app.lodgestatus.com. 2. Navigate to Settings → Security & Account. 3. Click "Delete My Account & Data". 4. Confirm deletion. Your account, credentials, and associated personal data will be purged immediately.

Upon processing a data deletion request, LodgeStatus permanently erases: • Full name, email address, phone number, and profile details. • Facebook OAuth access tokens, User ID tokens, and social login metadata. • Saved preferences and associated user activity logs. Note: Financial invoice records and transaction receipts required for tax compliance will be archived in compliance with legal retention obligations for the required statutory period.
